The CI-GEF Project Agency Accountability and Grievance Mechanism can be accessed when necessary to manage project-related grievances that cannot be resolved by a project’s Executing Agency, the Meloy Fund. Read the policy »
If you should need to file a grievance:

If the Meloy Fund is unable to resolve the grievance or does not respond within 15 days of filing the claim, please contact the CI Director of Compliance (DOC) who can be reached at:
